To qualify for the Women's World Cup is different than mens. For one the Womens World Cup is now 24 teams unlike the 32 team mens World Cup. Second you have to qualify for the AFC Women's Asian Cup to even have a chance of qualifying for the FIFA Women's World Cup and then you have to finish in the top 4 in the Asian Cup so the route is not easy at all for both men and women.
