  • Well I think there are a lot of positives. I think this is a lesson learned. Like you all agree the first half was excellent and the fans went crazy. There were some brilliant passes in the middle and I could hear the wow from the crowd. And two brilliant goals as well the crowd  could not have been happier. Until the begining of second half it never looked India was losing. Rather we thought India could thrash them even though they had some very talented players. The defensive lapses were evident in the first half itself though. I think Wim really has some plans and slowly he is developing a good team. If we improve on the defense and bring in few more technically sound players and give them valuable match practice, we can be a competitive team in Asia. Slightly above the Asean and just below the west Asians.

I dont care if iam banned. But will still enjoy members comments. Btw heads off to all for having patience in Indian football eventhough Indian football has been going haywire  giving nothing to the fans. I pity sometimes actually. How much we have to wait for good result to yield. So Asia cup 2015 is out of  our hands with this steam. U be happy with this pathetic performace. And who said i dont belong here. I will come here to lambast Indian football as long as it doesnt give good result.

i was going to make a long post of all the good results i have seen in my Indian football fan career till now but your just not worth the time.Seriously you are more negative than depressed guy dead in the graveyard
please we do not want these type of fans here go back to watching European club football matches  and go cry on their forums

  • Remember when England failed to qualify for the 1994 FIFA World Cup or when they failed to qualify for Euro 2008.

Did the English fans complain? No. Should we complain. No. If you knew anything about Indian football right now you would know that the future is actually brighter than not.

I was actually thinking of replying to this guy called 'LOA' on 4-4-1-1, lone striker etc. but later good sense prevailed and I decided to save my time. what all nonsense was that...anyways it will be nice to delete the slangs atleast, just lowering the forum, reminds me of one of those fb groups which i left long ago....

and what is this fascination of going after arrows whenever seniors screw up????? Who told u that the a bunch of u-23 guys are kept together so that they can immediately be drafted to the national team? agree with @Arsenalkid700 about his point on youth football and one can expect only few players to join the national team.

and who told u abut the motivation factor? is relegation the only factor which motivates players? what about the motivation of playing in NT? What about the motivation for playing in bigger clubs? I can tell you that arrows players are one of the most motivated bunch of footballers, they dont have time to relax just like that...given that they are in a AIFF program, they know that they are very close to a make or break situation. secondly coz they can stay only till 23, they try hard to make the best for them by that time, so a good club signs them...there's plenty more things to motivate them. and this has nothing to do with national team playing bad!

At that moment I just thought he was an uninformed Indian football fan but after a few replies to him I figured out how moronic he was.
