And it is not as easy as just putting money out their and creating a world-class stadium. They would need to set aside a specific amount of money per stadium, a design for each stadium, contractors, time scales, and many, many other things (sponsorships for example).</div><div><br></div><div>As for stars, well I can tell you now that Thierry Henry will probably not come at all due to the artificial turf that is now being created in almost every Indian ground. Henry does not play on artificial turf. Whenever the Red Bulls play in an MLS game where there is artificial turf he either stays on the bench or never plays at all. Raul meanwhile is still captain of a top Qatari side (who also play a FIFA type calendar season) and earns big time bucks over there. Why the hell would he drop that for a 2-month Indian league. You would be an idiot to do that.</div>
