Mumbai FC needs to sign players like Ranbir, Abhishek bachan etc maybe then they will clearance.

They still do not have clearance. Even if some games are held, it will be with empty stands. Can they get permission before I-League?

empty stands because of High Court ruling. They need water tank and fire department permission to get NOC. Crowd wise this is Mumbai. it will never be empty.

The stadium is near to one of most buzzing place in mumbai also one of famous tourist location in Gateway of india...
