Yes is marquee player rule good for indian players?
No, we dont have the money. Plus who is a marquee? I would rather have a salary check in which if a club wants to offer a player at least 1.5 crore then it must be approved by the AIFF or FPAI (who are useless).
How many teams officially disclose the exact salary.These crores of rupees are never disclosed.
They should be disclosed to the AIFF and honestly to the fans as well. Honestly the whole player and staff contract situation needs a revamp in I-League.
this years seems to be a watershed season for I league.
look at who is leading the pack, BFC,SCG,PFC,Shillong Lajong,Salgaockar. all the 5 clubs have good fan base,good youth policy,no exorbent amount signing of foreign players.
where are the so called giants dempo,churchill,mb,eb etc .... same mindset of a tradiotinal indian club..
for me MFC, Randajied,MD sporting make no sense with their current form... they should not be part of the ileague in 2 -3 years.. united sc ..surely going into oblivion..
for me the team for i league 2015-15( a couple of years)
