Since it is now confirmed that I-League & ISL will run simultaneously, it will be interesting to see how the schedule is drawn by the AIFF morons. They will only announce the schedule prepared by FSDL & I have my apprehension that ISL will have the weekend slot (Saturday & Sunday) while I-League will be held on weekdays. If ISL is played on weekends then 5 matches are to be scheduled on Saturdays & 5 on Sundays....how Star TV will telecast each match ? Will some matches start at 2-30 & 4-30 ? I-League matches can be scheduled any time by the morons of AIFF & FSDL, but how they fix match timings of ISL matches will be interesting. Ideal solution could be ISL: Friday (1 match: 7-00 pm) Saturday: (2 matches at 4-30 & 7-00) Sunday: (2 matches at 4-30 & 7-00) I-League: Wednesday (2 matches at 4-30 & 7-00) Thursday: (2 matches at 4-30 & 7-00) Friday: (1 match at 4-30) This will I think satisfy the ego of Nita Ambani & her associates. But these guys will surely find some crazy schedule I am sure.
Fsdl has a direct and obvious conflict of interest in running circus and ileague. Aiff is powerless as top bosses sold out a long time ago and ex IMG employees got plum posts. Its upto ileague clubs to join hands and get a new marketing partner...or this league will die very very soon (critical for the likes of slfc/big2/goan vlubs/mfc)

The club from the Garden City are now eyeing a place in the I-League first division following the exit of the Federation Cup champions...
Ozone FC, who currently ply their trade in the second division of the I-League, have staked their claim for a promotion into the first division after the exit of Bengaluru FC who have opted to play in the Indian Super League (ISL).
The Bengaluru-based club failed to get past the group stages in this year's second division, which was won by Manipur's NEROCA FC. However, the club have shot a letter to the All India Football Federation (AIFF) outlining their interest in playing the first division.
I-League will no longer have a presence in Bengaluru with the exit of Bengaluru FC and the AIFF are interested in adding a team from the Karnataka capital, boosting the hopes of Ozone FC.
AIFF General Secretary Kushal Das told Goal , "We are keen to add a team from Bengaluru in the upcoming season of the I-League."
Ozone FC will play their home games from Bangalore Football Stadium in Bengaluru, with the Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) awarding them the contract to redevelop the stadium.
The Ozone Group-owned club also have their own residential academy and boasts several of their youth players playing for the Indian U17 and U16 national teams.
The club have highlighted this and more in their letter to the AIFF, where they have requested for a meeting with the officials of the Indian FA.
With AIFF keen on tapping into the Bengaluru market, Ozone FC have a realistic chance of being awarded a spot in the first division for the 2017-18 season.
There you go ozone from bengaluru. Neroca in. Gokulam from kerala or the Trivandrum team. DSK withdraw. 10 team il again. If ozone or kerala one not successful call mumbai back. Is it aiff plan?
Ozone couldn't pay its players in I-League 2nd div had all these issues according to @gaffertape Bottled up contract of building Bangalore football stadium
Would be another DSK,Bharath,CCFC kinda addition to I-League
Here is where AIFF fails making dumb additions to I-League which doesn't help it grow They could rather promote teams from Hyderabad,Kashmir etc playing in 2nd division
