Ozone FC, unless they have folded already, brings one valuable component: number. PP now would be able to harp on expanded league and how the IL is topmost priority to him. Who cares about stuff like popularity and the fact that the club is going to fold? After all, this league will not be televised and will be killed slowly.
CCFC might have poor organization skills but has brought a few decent fresh players from TN and Kerala. Also got a few scalps last season like EB win and BFC, MB draws
Definately a worth to bring them onboard last season

Kolkata: The I-League committee meeting might become the most crucial meeting of the recent times in Indian football and will be held at New Delhi in the first week of July, www.xtratime.inhas been confirmed by the AIFF sources. All the I-League clubs will be participating in the meeting as well, to find out a solution of the ongoing controversy.
The AIFF Secretary Kushal Das, who was there in Kolkata on yesterday to have an “unofficial” meeting with the Kolkata giants and IFA, has gone back to New Delhi today. The AIFF Secretary told www.xtratime.in , “The league committee meeting will be held in the first week of the next month. Lets see how it goes. I was in an unofficial meeting meeting with the Kolkata clubs. I promised them to send a reply in two weeks. But as I mentioned, it was an informal meeting.” On the other hand, East Bengal official Dr Shanti Ranjan Dasgupta said, “I concernedly told Sunanda Dhar in the last meeting that we won’t play on Monday and Tuesday if the ISL games are being played on the weekends.”
On the other hand, in the Governing Committee meeting is was decided that The IFA will send a letter to The AIFF to get the permission to start the Calcutta Football League in July as per the new CRA (Central Registration Act) amendment.
The last Calcutta Football League derby between East Bengal and Mohun Bagan costed The IFA a loss of seven lakh fifty thousand rupees, as Mohun Bagan gave an walk over to East Bengal at Kalyani. The Calcutta Football League expects a profit of almost 18 lakh rupees in the forthcoming season.
Good news coming from the AIFF as well, as the federation to ask the interested corporate teams to submit their bids for the forthcoming I-League season.
How toothless and powerless AIFF has become. The parent body cannot take decision on their own. Everything has to be ratified by imgr. Even if we consider ISL to be no 1 league, this is more hurting than anything else. ISL has gone out of hand for AIFF. It's like Osama going out of hand of a certain country.
