Has Delhi tied up with any clubs abroad?

Wonder how the pre-season abroad offers any substantial benefit to the clubs considering the fact that most of the foreigners aren't familiar in playing the hot humid conditions of India. In my opinion it only delays them to adjust to the Indian Environmental setting
