we should use senior team as we need as much points as we can to climb FIFA ranking.

agreed we need to climb FIFA ranking but does sending senior team guarantee it? Chances are more though with senior team.

The SAFF Cup should be used with the India "B" team... a hybrid U23/Senior side. That way we can test a bunch of players and also gain points in the FIFA rankings.

Guys like Sunil Chhetri, Subrata Pal, Mehtab Hossain, Clifford Miranda, etc. should be excluded while some promising U23 players are called up. Good time for Stephen to expect the next batch of India internationals who could very well be playing for us for the 2022 World Cup/2023 Asian Cup qualifiers.

we get FIFA points only if we play Senior team. or we can sand u23 team as senior team.

if India playing 12-15 international match in year we can ditch saff cup by sending u23 team ...are we even playing 10 matches this year? if no then continue to send senior team ...

I don't see why we can't just send a team with a mix of senior members and under-23 players and call it the senior team?
