That is not the problem of the ISL, that is a problem of the overall system, like the lack of proper state leagues, where blame needs to be places on AIFF and the state associations.
@ArsenalFan didn't say ISL/IMG-R was blameless! There is certainly a certain amount of blame associated with all parties included - AIFF, ISL/IMG-R or the State associations or whether it is the I-League clubs.
We can spend the time portioning blaming to everyone or look at the best solution going forward. IMO, the sooner the leagues merge, the better. After the merger, I don't think we should tolerate nonsense from anyone at any level.
Kolhapur is a good football loving city and has some good plyaers who came and played for some top Mumbai clubs in past but the problem with the city is that is comparatively remote... it can have a good 2nd div team but I doubt it is a top div club kind of city...

Let's take the discussion somewhere else & leave this for Transfer gossip.
A lot of 2nd Div teams scouring the barrell for foreigners as we speak
PFC on their first signing signed Subrata to show that they are here to compete and now DSK showing the same intentions..
Its sad that the clubs shows good intentions on the field but somehow fails in attracting crowds regularly
I had been to a dozen of PFC home matches and I see only 50-100 regular faces.. rest comes once in a while
