    Myth:
Orange Army is big fan group of passionate fans.

    Truth
lol, this is partially true. There are few passionate fans few of them are genuinely good. there is nothing "Big" about them except inflated egos of few miscreants mainly from core group.
there are many objectionable things like They dont even have proper graphic designer. some jokers are assigned for twitter, Facebook and Instagram majority of whom actually dont know anything what they are posting .
the person who started this group has left for dubai , some other co founders are here and there.
take an example, they are sitting in USA and dubai or anywhere and they still have control over many things which is absurd. Funnily no one has exact authority to control operations but everyone has say in meetings
but productivity is zero. Main reason for this is half guys are inactive , few are not in india and remaining are associated with European supporter group like Chelsea Pune , arsenal Pune. so its nothing but conflict of interest.
People can attend match screening of Arsenal in aufside which is at far end of city but cant attend his home club match at balewadi. there is one guy who dont come to matches if there is no one to give him lift lol.

When they had option of hiring some guy for making good edits for fb or twitter but some oldie core guy cried as they  could pay outside guy but not him so end result was no one was there to make posts lol.
they have 10 odd groups on whatsapp all of which are inactive , people post some random European shit in there.
one guy created central group which had many active people but even in that they discuss random politics and what not. so basically its just 100-200 guy's semi active bunch.
Everyone is whatsapp warrior, in reality they hardly meet regularly. they used to do it back in 2015 now there are internal fights. If you ask questions everyone will bombard you and try to ask you out of it.

    More to follow.

I don't think this equivalence works. Soccer is a much more mass-based sport as compared to American Football and Basketball. Also, in almost all countries apart from USA, the supply line is through local clubs and academies. In India, most top tier clubs do run academies at local level. Tomorrow, if I shift East Bengal to, say, New Delhi, I have to open an academy nearby (to harness local talent) and to balance the finances, I would shut down the operations of the training schools near Kolkata. This, in effect, means a shifting of infrastructure, which means loss of both time and money- not very good for overall growth of football. In USA, the model is mostly school and college centric for amateurs. So, they can easily shift team bases without much risk.

Remove the cancer (franchise fees) from ISL if you want more investors or teams to survive in long run.
