If Delhi , Mumbai and Pune can have 7000+ fans inside the stadium , what makes you think , They will not come ? We want to make Football Pan India . Can't leave a rich developed state without a Team
We have to take football to masses . Why India is a power in cricket is because its spread across India . We need to take the sport to the 6+ feet and Muscular Aryans
For now the league will most likely be 10-11 teams but these places are good for the future. Hopefully they can start at League One or whatever and develop the fanbase and stuff first (ala Bengaluru FC)

All 4 cities have good enough football stadiums and Kannur International Airport will be inaugurated soon giving better access to Kannur.
