Actually he's not the sole owner of KKR. Jay Mehta, H/o Juhi Chawla is part owner of KKR.

Just to be clear deb_ban and dominic , do u guys want the AIFF to handle the merger ? Same guys who gives a shit abt I-League or the NT ?

  • Merger or no merger if SRK does become an owner of any of the Big Two, it would be a game changer for that club. But having said that , its also not that easy. Both the clubs have enough people inside who can sabotage such a partnership for vested interests.

That is actually my question. How would this work? Would the ownership structure of both/one of the clubs change? Who would call the shots? Who would be removed??? Also, don't East Bengal and Mohun Bagan own other sports teams like for cricket and stuff so what would happen there?

Actually i don't believe in That Xtra time news
*They are Bengali media and known for bluffing

*that article came after Khelnow one so i believe they just wrote that article on there style after reading it

*Also do u think Goenka who is making all these comments would be ready to merge his team with EB nd MB

    * Kushal Das said to them that Sharukh is buying a team
So Sharukh informed Kushal and nt EB nd MB

I don't disagree with you regarding Xtra Time probably bluffing a little but you never know what is happening behind the scenes. Goenka is talking in public but what is he doing behind the scenes? Same with Shah Rukh

Only the football team of EB has spinned off as a separate entity which is funded by UB. Any interested party can buy UB's share and run the football business. The rest of the club is and will remain separate. It was the same deal with MB and United Spirits.

I would not mind Atletico de BAGAN :)

    Never 3 teams from WB
    Never 2 teams from GOA

Have 3 teams from Maharashtra , likely from Nagpur .
Have one more from Karnataka but Never from Bengaluru
Have a team from West India ( Rajasthan , Gujarat )
    Gujarat can have 2 teams
    Hydrabad
    Punjab
    Noida
    Kashmir
    Jammu
May be 1 more team from North East

Atleast have 1 team from every state . Instead of having 5 teams from same state in a 3 tier system .
