Kannur is a good shot, That can bring Mallapuram, Thalaserri and kasargode districts which are football cracy into the map.
Only problem with keralites is the lack of consistancy in ownerships.
Let us not even dicuss the 'potential' of Gujarat vis-a-vis sports, more specifically football. You can have good entrepreneurs there, not good goal scorers.
Kerala can definitely host two teams -- north and south. But I think they lack organisation power in big ticket events.
Kerela can definitely handle, or in fact, almost REQUIRE more than a single team. My vote would be for Mallapuram.
I fail to understand how Gujrat is even being talked of as a multi team state. I'd be surprised if they have a decent enough turnout past a first season for even a single team.
Then again, they could go the Chennayin FC way and impress.
Pune can have one team and that's about it. Goa and W.B can have 2 teams. But WB likely to have at least 3. Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi should be happy with a team each for the moment.
I feel the need to be a party pooper and remind you folks that, for all our intentions suggestions, Aunty holds all the cards and can just throw the whole proposal out the window with minimal backlash and leaving behind a heavily damaged football calendar.
Right now Delhi doesn't have a football team in the national calendar....i personally won't mind some one like ONGC( who have the money)/railways or army ( who have a fabulous setup) to base a team out of Delhi in national league. They will get huge support at ambedkar....DD can keep pretending to be a football team participating in circus

No, impossible.
I know your wierd fixation on ISL but muck thrown should stick with facts please.
ONGC sides suck
Whenever they play against big teams u expect them to get trashed
+ Dempo fixed a match against them and won 14-0 to top the table
Why have such clubs???
