Wondering, could something like this happen here with Bengaluru FC, Mohun Bagan, and East Bengal? Basically have these sides pay ISL the franchise fee but have it be paid over a set amount of time instead of straight away.

Unless some big sponsor pays it, EB MB won't pay a penny from their pockets. Plummeting TRPs have riled IMG-R and Star the most this season.
