@7negi You are saying that ISL will be played daily. And its duration is 7 months. U do the math and let us know how many matches each team will play in a season. I simply dont get it
Gr8 plan. To business focused. But, that's how the world works. You can't help it. This is professional sports. If someone is really interested in only the sporting part of the game, please play amateur football.
ISL will be played daily during the 2017-18 season as tournament will only start in November due to u-17 WC Starting from 2018/19 ISL games will be played on weekends Oct-March
ISL can no way have a match evryday..(This year, yes...but not from 2017) .then the league will end up in 2-3 months. Doesnt make sense , if IMG-R is planning a league from Sep- March
@red_devil the isl matches in 2017 will be postponed till november because u-17 WC will be played in sept-oct and all the venues will be pre-occupied
@sanvedjadhav yes I know that...even if the matches start from Nov, as per schedule it will end in March...thats 5 months of football. Can anyone please care to explain how is it possible to have a match every day and yet last for 5 months?
Exactly the same thing I said yesterday. I also hopeful about eb mb bfc fate. Solution will be found out for sure. They are already saying isl can be of 10-12 teams
Pretty sure this sham of a merger will not stand any rule of law.
A national league CANNOT have 80% of team owned byb1 family and allow these teams to be insulated from any bad performance.
National league has to have a criteria for clubs in top division based on infra/fans/ financial ability. All teams have to be free to apply including PSU's.
