As far as I know, based on the format used in last year's edition, these should be the Quarter-Final group fixtures:
Quarter-Final Group A
19/05/11 Tamil Nadu v Manipur
19/05/11 West Bengal v Chhattisgarh
21/05/11 Tamil Nadu v Chhattisgarh
21/05/11 West Bengal v Manipur
23/05/11 Manipur v Chhattisgarh
23/05/11 West Bengal v Tamil Nadu
Quarter-Final Group B
20/05/11 Goa v Winner pre-QF 4 (most likely Mizoram, Haryana or Railways)
20/05/11 Punjab v Winner pre-QF 3 (most likely Services)
22/05/11 Goa v Winner pre-QF 3
22/05/11 Punjab v Winner pre-QF 4
24/05/11 Goa v Punjab
24/05/11 Winner pre-QF 3 v Winner pre-QF 4
Fixtures confirmed as above by AIFF for Quarter-Final Group A, but with dates of 17th/19th/21st May. This seems strange. Quarter-Final Group B cannot start before 19th or 20th, because the 2 pre-quarter-finals are playing on 18th May. So we will have Group B starting 2 or 3 days after Group A.
Delhi came back from 1-0 down, scoring 5 goals in the 2nd half to beat Odisha 6-1 and qualify for the pre-quarter-finals. They will play Services on 18th May.
Delhi came back from 1-0 down, scoring 5 goals in the 2nd half to beat Odisha 6-1 and qualify for the pre-quarter-finals. They will play Services on 18th May.
Services v Delhi and Tripura v Railways in the 2 remaining pre-quarter-finals. The winners of those 2 matches face Goa and Punjab in Quarter-Final Group B. If 2 teams finish on equal points in the groups, head-to-head record is the first decider (hence why Tripura won Cluster VII and not Mizoram).
The Quarter-Final Group A matches start tomorrow (a full 3 days before the other quarter-final group begins). West Bengal should be too strong for Chhattisgarh and Tamil Nadu play Manipur in an evenly-balanced fixture.

Delhi simply thrashed their opponents.
It was only 2-1 after 73 minutes, but Delhi scored 4 goals in the last 17 minutes. I think they will find it hard to beat Services.
The Goa Football Association has
announced their 20 member
squad for the ongoing 65th
Santosh Trophy in Assam. The
former champions have named
Nicolau Colaco as their captain,
while Peter Vales will be their
coach.
With the I-League currently on
Goa like other states won't be
able to field their strongest team,
but it is a mixture of youth and
experience, so the team is
expected to post a challenge.
Having been a semifinalists last
season Goa have been given a
bye into the quarterfinal league.
They are in Group B along with
Punjab and await the winners
from the matches Services vs
Delhi & Tripura vs Railways.
