but honestly which coach in india would have been acceptable to Rohan?.i dont see anyone that would match up to rohans's expectation considering that he has trained with d best club coaches /training regimes and india in general is many years behind...
For Rohan even if he was satisfied on coacing and training , maybe he would have another issue to tweet , couldbe the football grounds or his playing posiiton..

Well all of the aforementioned holds for Dempo as well, and Armando Colaco in particular, since he calls the shots for all footballing matters in Dempo. It works both ways. I am seeing the goanese fans' endless tirade against Rohan Ricketts but it was Dempo and Armando in particular who signed him, after all the due diligence. Armando is known for his extensive trial process. Also if he was a media monkey before coming to Dempo, why did Armando choose him ?
It was the desperation of getting the EPL wannabes into their fold to build some fan base, now it's a story of grapes turned sour

True..you might agree with me as things stands in DEMPO , Armando has the final say, with Srinivas dempo generally leaving the running of d club to d coach. Being d final authority Armando will not take lightly to being criticised..
how will venting his anger by tweeting improve things for rohan.. Like you mentoned Carlos has not gone to the media about his unhappiness..who would be more mature and professional..carlos or Rohan?..Rohan has had a history of tweeting and he has continued it here..
yes maybe DEMPO and Armando were to eager to get someone of EPL stature to Dempo for various reasons.. armando may have known about rohans media history and still signed him..
but did rohan also do his due diligence about what are the standards here , i cannot believe that he is so naive and signed with eyes closed , nor did any research. surely he knows that the coach has final authority in any team.. Or did he expect he would be the kingpin and the team would play around him?..maybe he thought he would get extra preferential treatment considering his EPL status and now that he has seen he is just like his other team mates he is venting his anger/frustration..i am sure the real reasons are somewhere in between..
also by tweeting again and again will it make himself any dearer to
Armando ..surely not....i am not sure if there is a ego issue here between
both rohan and Armando.. Armando as a successful coach and rohan as a Ex
EPL player....maybe they have sat together and tried to resolve it and
have failed..i dont know.. but if this is d case then its obvious rohan
would be asked to leave ..
For me rohan is a professional, he is a footballer and this is what pays his salary, just like any other profession, i would expect him to adjust to the system he is working in..
FYI, I had no derogatory intentions like they mention in the article below, if that's what bothering you. I was not even aware that goanese is derogatory and goans is the more respectable form.

High Profile player :O who he
even a sporting club de goa youth rogino can become hing profile if start tweeting like this
i am not surprised if rohan rickkets have done this all his life to get fame
Many people unknowingly use the word Goanese. We would prefer if people use the word "Goans". @projenator. No hard feelings yaar. I'm sure ashlesh did not mean to hit out at you.
has rohan ricketts won any league titles with other clubs in his whole career???
if not then THIS IS HIS PERFECT CHANCE to win a champions medal for the first time in his life (maybe the only too) , tone down his attitude and stick till the end :-P
The only thing i learned from the joining of rohan is that.... the champion club of india dont know how to market their club..
THey could have showed him the best part of the club and city and then convince him to give speeches and interviews on his days in EPL and how similar is it with his new club..... such things could have gained some of european football crazy guys to follow their club..
but this saga is not helping the case of club who is struggling big time establish themselves as big fan base club even after winning most no of national titles in last 5-10 seasons
Dempo are champions on the field but off-field are just clueless about running the club close to the way it is run around the globe

It will be appreciable if you can check into the following wikipedia entry
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Goanese&redirect=no
also numerous hits when "goanese" is googled.
FYI, I had no derogatory intentions like they mention in the article below, if that's what bothering you. I was not even aware that goanese is derogatory and goans is the more respectable form.

@projenator... i think he was just correcting the grammar ..dont think it had anything to do with derogatory intentions
