That they are..they have been in the circuit for more time. Plus USFC with all these refereeing controversies are not building a good name for themselves. Royal have also played some pretty good football in div-2, regardless of their final standings.

To be honest USFC are not the first team to be hit with referee controversies. Almost every club has been hit also wasnt it Royal who gave ONGC the title with that 4th foreigener.
