it is still hard to believe that we are starting to discuss about the chances of ongc qualification...now we have to wait till they face other team as well before coming to conclusion but they are definitely looking good to finish in top 4
Great news guys we are going to get ONGC again in I League!!!!! They thrashed there opponents in the last game and now defeated the most in form team in 2nd div.!!!
Congrats. Forget all the discussion about who brings more fans or is more professional. We got ONGC here without any fans, any isolated footballing region, website, facebook page and whatever u can think of!!!! weren't they supposed to close the club
i guess this loss had broken the winning records of mohd sporting and also many hearts of indian football fans...
now i see not many accepting the fact that it is not the most winning team but some good clubs which should be qualifying :>
with AIFF to go ahead with club licensing criteria , why the f**** did ONGC :-B return with so much preparation
I am wondering what AIFF will do for next season. I dont think anyone, not even the I-League owners or AIFF want ONGC back in the league. They dont care for there club, they dont market. Did they even say that they were having a camp in Goa to the Mumbai fans... No.
I would take Mohammedan for ONGC, that is how bad I dont like ONGC.

i find this quote really funny...because when you gonna enter a tournament you tend to come up with good training...who wanna get themself thrashed by opponents??
the format of the I-League 2nd Div favours the teams that directly arrive in Final Phase.
Although they don't have the match practice from round 1 that the other 6 teams have , they benefit from :
No fatigue
No Injury problems
No yellow card/red card troubles
The proof is in the results from last year.
Wahingdoh and Mohd and Southern Samity came in with good qualifying records from round 1 , but Sporting CLub de Goa & Shillong Lajong qualified with ease in the end.
Samity had Edmilson suspended for the 1st 2 games
Wahingdoh had players out injured for the 1st half of 2nd leg
This years extended format should help even out this irregularity, its only been 2 games, ONGC could still finish bottom, a lot of you are getting too carried away.
