These type of incidents happen in every club. No team is immune from it. Proper management is required by the Administration so that it should not affect the performance of the team.
Armando Colaco was also a major player in last year's dressing room issues. Management has given a stern signal by kicking out Colaco, Baljit and Baldeep. Expect Joachim to be released post this season.
In a better news, EB is in talks with Real Madrid for a technical collaboration for the academy, which includes coach training and youth player exchages. This is by no means final, EB is also in talks with several clubs from Europe and South America.
However we should also be practical.....instead of going for the likes of Real Madrid...we should focus on slightly smaller clubs who have a history of producing high quality talent...ajax, Roma, wheat ham in Europe
The likes of RM/barca/manu just use this to earn money from rich kids who can pay 2000 per hour
Top Jleague and Kleague clubs would actually offer better daily inputs and actually helpful
This won't be a long term association, as RM doesn't tie up with clubs outside Spain as per their Asia Pacific office. This would basically an annual two week coach coaching sessions, youth player exchange kind of things under their CSR ambit. The actual tip partner would most probably be from Premier League.
I read in the newspaper that the association will be that Real Madrid is going to send assistant coaches for the resident EB youth academy and some students will also get to visit Madrid in Spain and train with Madrid Youth team.

If there are actually going to be improvements in the youth development then it will come from money being spent, not from technical collaborations.
