I have not seen Joaqim (or noticed) , so cant comment on him. Arnab Mondal, Sanju Pradhan, Lester Fernandage, Vasum etc are players who should be included. Hope The coach will go with the team that played 2nd match against Malaysia. Climax has past his prime. Miranda, Sameer, Debabrata are good for nothing. Lalrindica played very well in that match. Hope he will get chance today. We will not only miss Sunil and Jeje but some others like Mehtab, Raju and of course Subrata Paul.
The selection is a bit unfair. Its true. How the hell can Arnab and Sanju Pradhan stay outside! Sameer looks like super tired lazy crap. Why do they choose them For Sushil Singh, I have no problem. Coz without him no Indian Team can ever be formed!

IMO baljit is anyday better than Robin and Ashim..present form may not be too good but he has even scored in AFC cup against strong teams from Thailand,Indonesia and Hongkong-so no doubts on his quality..even Joaquim is better than Robin and Ashim..Robin only scores in Kolkata league..but if u see Joaquim has scored some really good goals in I league...selesction of Sushil-the Enigma is always a puzzle <!-- s:confusion-scratchheadyellow: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/confusion/scratchheadyellow.gif" alt=":confusion-scratchheadyellow:" title="Yellow Scratching Head" /><!-- s:confusion-scratchheadyellow: -->
Hey! Ashim is way better than the other too, its just that he fell prey to injuries more number of times than he would have wanted. He has been highly under-rated and has not been given his due.

@ Ronny...Man I am an EB supporter and watch almost all the matches. Baljit is noway come closer to Robin. You need to place the ball on goal line and remove the goalkeeper to allow him score (even then he can shoot outside ) No wonder EB coach prefers Robin in first XI over Baljit. Robin has his own flaws like a weak right foot, interest in non-playing things but he is a good talent. Good height, good spot jump and heading, good shooting and good passing (which helped Tolgay to score many goals)
And Asim Biswas is totally of different league. He missed many years for injurie; s else..his name would have been taken with Bichung and Sunil. He played with I M Vijayan in Afro Asian Games as a teenager; though he is of same age group of Sunil and Rahim Nabi.
I remember Asim scored a very good goal against Rawanda then..but then he has just faded away maybe due to injuries...currently i dont think he can make it to Indian team
