FIFA released an updated Calendar for international matches.
For AFC the changes are 1) shifting the September window to January 2022 2) Extension of June 2021 window in which a team can play maximum of 4 matches (as an exception of normal 2).

Next windows are October (2), November (2), March (2), June (4).

Quarantine rules of GOI and FSDL can make the player miss preseason and even few games of the season.
ACL will go ahead as planned because most group stage venues had already started their league games. AFC Cup teams are from second tier footballing nations and most of them are not well equipped to host or participate in the competition. That's the reason AFC is giving Just compare our SAFF region and nations like Qatar, UAE, Japan, Australia and all. We couldn't even start training of our U16 team.
