Most of time players get noticed while playing for their districts or local clubs, then they get chance on merit to represent their state. It's a system

look some footballers need financial support. Otherwise it becomes difficult for them to continue pursuing their dreams. Arnab, denson, mehtab, asim and lot more do jobs but they play football also.

The topic is "whether it is pulling Indian football backwards?" . It may not help and just be neutral.

<br><div><br></div><div>cant they get their job by showing their national level performance in age group tournament slike u-16/u-19 or something...</div><div>at least we could invest money  in youth players in that case  and also will help indian football</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>and with due respect aiff is trying to run indian footbal and not any charity to keep this tournament for some players to get jobs</div>

<br><div><br></div><div><font face="Tahoma">Well again that is the state federations fault. Again the national federation can not do everything. The English FA is not doing everything in England. Each county has its own football federation which rules that district. US Soccer does not do everything. There only involvement in the state soccer development is sanctioning the leagues. The league is then on its own.</font></div><div><font face="Tahoma"><br></font></div><div><font face="Tahoma">If the players are so poor and need help then why dont the IFA try helping them instead of investing in that shit idea that was Premier League Soccer.</font></div>
