@projenator i believe bob was just a coach for the nt while baan is the technical director. work of a td is completely different than a coach or manager...... a manager or coachs main responsibility is the first team while the td main responsibility is mainly working with youth, maintain a sort of proper relation between ceo and coaches and also provide suggestion in scouted players

I hope that that these directors remian for a long time and entrench our Football culture with modern coaching standards.its time Indian coaches blossomed and thought out of the box especially on tactics /strategy..for all d brickbats AIFF gets i think a few bouquets are due to them<br><br><br>
