Let AIFF make rule of 6+1 foreign rule to I-League. I bet I-League quality will go way beyond your expectations ... Like ISL let them  make I-Legaue as a seprate entity and run by that entity without interference by AIFF..  Then if it was failed i would have agreed ....  Does AIFF has guts to do it .. Big NO ... then how there will be scope of improvement .... weekday 03:00 PM matches ... lets wait and watch .., how it unfolds ...
