Be sure that Momos have Buffalo meat-thats authentic Nepal. Dont make Vegetarian Momos otherwise genes will shift from Nepal to Gujarat !!!

Yes, it is one of the staple foods of Bengal (and the Indian subcontinent too)...basically a plate of rice and cooked lentil soup
