Ya, countries that are still developing. I don't see Japan, South Korea, Australia, China etc using foreign players. It would be nice, granted, and would help but lets not act as if there is nothing we can do domestically. Don't be bloody losers and give in to the pessimistic viewpoint almost every Indian football supporter has now.
Two weeks ago we were all jumping at the sight of 24,000 people watching the final match of the I-League... now we've given up.
The ISL showed that we can get more supporters and popularity with a domestic product. Youth development does not correlate with the Indian origin players we could bring in.
We the fans of indianfootball should write to the government of india to change the rule . Someone please write a letter to the government am sure at least 1 crore will support it.
We are losing almost every game. If we have options of pio players why shouldn't we use it. And even pio players are Indians so give them a chance. Am not speaking for Michael chopra.
