Indian army is landlord?? Hah?? They aint renting the ground from indian army...it belongs to them right? Just as eden belongs to CAB...if you say that renovation can't be done...how did eden do it for WC?

If you read my comment and my earlier comments in this thread only, I explained how one time exception was given to Eden Gardens as it was burnt down by fans in 1966-67.

Indian Army own this land, whole Maidan.

Army has headquarter of Eastern Command there at fort william. For security reason, they do not give permission for permanent structure.
