There are some rich and powerful people living in buildings near cooperage stadium and they think that their real estate value of flats will come down if a stadium is built. So they put up every dime and excuse-like heritage property law or noise pollution. Some old diabetic patient suddenly wants to walk -They have oval maidan and traffic park nearby to walk but they want to walk in cooperage. WIFA is very weak body.
