if tolly moving to bagan news is true, then I'll welcome it. Anyway he is a pro, and has to earn as much as possible in his short career for better living.
to day tolgay told to media that he hasn't sign any contract from MB........he hold its absolutely rumer.............MB officials DEBASISH DUTTA also agreed with him...so watch today's any sports NEWS.................EB officials also trying to manage tolgay to play next seasons............but all depends up on TOLGAY's father..........EB officials talked to him............let c
Once it has become evident that the likes of Tolgay and Robin Singh might leave the club, East Bengal recruiters are trying to sign a number of young talented strikers. After Manandeep Singh, it looks like they are the front runner to sign Sandesh Gadkeri also. If it happens, I will really be happy. He looks like a real bet - much better than those Arrows strikers in Sabeeth and Ajay Singh.
1) not that the club has to negotiate with each other...the clubs never has to sell the players....as all the contracts are given after the end of existing contrats
2) I believe most recruiters watch EB or MB's game....this shows in MB's recruitments alleast when they take players who have been good against them in their last outing...given that they are not keeping a track of all the other games in great detail (Note: Its my hypothesis only, I cant prove it) so they end up knowing the good players from opposition camp mainly.
3) One of the concern is whether a given player can handle the pressure or the euphoria after joining this clubs (in past it has been seen that succesful players crumbled after joining MB or EB). So, the players who have already played for EB or MB are safe bets as they also experience similar pressure
4) Even the players who want to leave or raise their salary but still want to be surrounded by fans etc. only prefer the rival club as there are not many options where u get both the money and fans
valid reasons for players and this just ends up to show that there is hardly any room left for loyalty from players as they may on any season could move to their own rival team...
i wish all clubs start thinking of themselves getting some transfer fee by signing them for 2-3 year contract and start negotiating the contract before a year itself so that for the players not interested they could transfer list him earlier itself so that they also could get benefited from these blind deals(i called it blind deals because for me not all deserve the amount they are expected to get)

And thus I suggested the salary cap. Right now our rookies are being payed what MLS rookies are being payed and MLS rookies are so much more better than I-League rookies.

Its true that i league rookies are shittier than MLS one's but thats not a fair comparison as the competition is within i league so basically they have to choose bad from the worse...and since clubs want to win the league they will shell out to get the best of the bad !!!
