1) ISL will start at their usual time. They might have a small break for U-17 or they can play at alternative stadiums. There is no such rule that an unrecognised league cannot happen during FIFA tournament. Thats why IMG-R was fishing for Ranchi stadium. They have enough stadiums. 2) I-League will start once ISL finish. 3) Super Cup will be cancelled at a later moment. ISL disband their teams before January transfer window. They have no desire for any AFC Cup. 4) All these talks about merger or super cup are just to give an impression to FIFA that see we tried. The fact is that none of these Franchises ever attended even a workshop to look at AFC Licensing criteria. 5) FIFA recognise I-League. They do not recognise ISL. There is no question of two parallel top tiers. As long as I-League is happening and a certain number of matches are played (I-league + Federation Cup) FIFA is fine.
ISL can still happen at its regular time. As it is not official league, FIFA wont care. Stadiums can be arranged. Mumbai City: Andheri Football Stadium (Non U17 WC Venue) Pune City: Balewadi Stadium(Non U17 WC Venue) ATK: Ranchi's Football Stadium or Cuttack, since both YBK and RSS will be used for U17 WC. Chennaiyin FC: JN Stadium, Non U17 WC venue Northeast United: Ranchi/Cuttack or may go to Imphal for their matches. Delhi Dynamos: Ambedkar Stadium/Lucknow's new Stadium Kerala blasters: Trivandram Stadium Goa: share stadium worh Pune or find a stadium in Goa
I agree IMG are dumb But certainly they will not make teams play from other states
In cricket the players are famous hence those alternate venues draws a good crowd Also the IPL teams earn some extra bucks playing elsewhere
That won't be the case with ISL Say if ATK or Neufc plays somewhere else crowd would be poor and also they would need to renovate stadium this and that
It is just a matter of 22 days (duration of U-17 World Cup). The teams like Delhi, Kolkata, North East whose venues are affected will play at Mumbai, Pune, Chennai -their away matches in that time period.

12 AFC CUP
18 I-League
10 ISL
4 FED CUp
Now that would be halved

Prashanth Agarwhal and their fan club wanted that
Also would be cheaper and better compared to Jln
Mumbai at Andheri
Pune at Balewadi
Chennai at JLN
Gujarat at Transstadia
Tata at any ground
This might happen but ISL will face lot of critisism if they do that
