    All the 3 tiers will occur at the same time span..so this mass loaning out like now wont happen , I guess.

    AIFF will give Money to League 2 and League 3 clubs ( PS i dont know from where )

     They Re launching Nehru Cup as a champions cup .

     And one more roadmap launched as last roadmap completed 2 years cycle with 0 success

    Whatever, this roadmap looks promising if implemented properly. Read somewhere that the aim is to increase the number of teams to around 50 , across 3 tiers by 2020.

    Late breaking news.: The top 4 teams from I-league and ISL will be allowed to play in Santosh trophy. The top 3 teams of Santosh trophy will represent India in AFC cup. The bottom two will be relegated to the newly launched Women's league. All other clubs will be allowed to play in the Super-Duper Nita-Praful Cup provided they pay Rs 1000 Cr franchise fee. Hope this clears up everything.

    I think ISL haters are putting too much thought into this / maybe they are failing to deal with the fact that ISL will be the top tier. The rules and regulations that have been brought forward arent that difficult to understand if one is willing to do so.
