predicting a scoreline can be a mere coincidence...All I see is a pathetic Goan defending in the last few minutes that led them to concede two goals , If the match was fixed its obvious that FC goa players will be held equally responsible for that . In that case Dempo and Salgaocar making match fxing allegations doesnt makes sense.
All the answers will be answered when cracks will appear between IMG-R, AIFF, Owners and Star. and some will remain unanswered like "When God are paid to attend matches in his own country"
I wonder how top of the line actors were persuaded to come to India of all places to pull of a blinder. I bet Goalkeeper's fav subjects are the Occult and Controversies.
Well that is what it will be. Marquees will be in their 30s and mainly guys on their last legs (Lucio) or guys who could maybe also provide something to other leagues but not as much as ISL (Elano).
I am not sure what people are expecting from ISL franchises and also ISL. I mean why top players in their prime would come to India to play for a unrecognized tournament? Heck even Postiga came because he has been plagued by injuries in last 2 seasons and have barely played 5 matches in a row.
The sad part is despite his age, Lucio did okay in the matches he played, while Moura who was played out of position throughout the tournament had been one of the better performers of the season
I don't see how that is sad? These guys are experienced veterans who have played at the highest levels of the game. They may be older, slower etc but their quality will still shine in a league like ISL... and that is not a bad thing, it's what they are payed for.
I hate how Drogba just came to Montreal and scored 11 in 11 but its money well worth it.
ISL will be a "retirement league" thing but don't be insecure about it, be happy we get to see these guys come and if they perform, even better.

FC Goa in talks with Lucio for ISL-III

retaining 38 year old Lucio and Moura ...FC Goa stands for everything that ISL doesnt want at the moment...a retirement league.
