One of them, the Aussie, was born in Hong Kong so his flag is wrong (unless there is some fucked up rule in Hong Kong). The others are probably just for Hong Kong's league. They have different rules than I-League. Its like in the A-League, you will find many clubs will many foreigners.
Then when it comes to the AFC Cup Kitchee will have to use only 4+1.

I will look for an AFC Cup source but I am guessing the roster rules are the same at all levels. I could only find an AFC Presidents Cup source which says five foreigners are allowed in the game-day roster.

Bilal had a 1 yr contract with a clause that he could leave if he got a better deal from abroad. He took advantage of this clause.
