So ISL will be a full league by 2nd season so I league will become 2nd division of indian super league and I league 2nd division will become 3rd division

How come 8 cities...it is 9 man. Delhi, Pune, Mumbay, Goa, Kochi, Chennai, Kolkotta, Bangalore  and Guwhati

I league is 3rd class in terms of TV viewing for me now also. Better to rid it  off if ISL becomes a full league.  But only worry is only 4 Indians playing in ISL team. It should be at least 5 to 6
