    yes good one from the FA.<br>I-league clubs should start investing heavily on pre-season training for fitness and give specific instructions to the players to  own the responsibility to look after themselves throughout the year. This will improve the quality of play even with the existing players..at present the players lack fitness..<br>also since AIFF is doing so much, they can arrange a training for all club fitness programmers so instill te importance of fitness and technical know how.<br>

    i guess @akshay23 means 8 players have to be homegrown in a 25 man squad..... this happens in premier league....
    any player can be counted homegrown if a player is trained for 3 years under the age of 21 by the club or nation
